In what follows, “WE”, “US”, and “OUR” refer to Quran Academy, and “YOU” refers to the student, parent, or legal guardian who purchases services or accesses our Website.

Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing our Website or participating in our online sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Website independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1. PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy. All personal data, including contact information and payment details, are handled securely. By using the Website, you signify your agreement to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

2. USE RESTRICTIONS AND CONDUCT By using our Website and services, you agree that you will not:

  • Pricing & Invoicing: All services and online classes require advance payment. We will provide you with a clear invoice via our secure payment gateways (including PayPal).

  • Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in accordance with the due dates specified on your invoice to secure your class schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or cancellation of your scheduled sessions.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. Your local bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion if you are paying from outside the United States.

4. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS We strive to provide maximum flexibility while respecting our tutors’ time.

  • Student Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be marked as attended and are not eligible for a refund or makeup class.

  • Tutor Cancellations: In the rare event that a tutor is unavailable, we will either provide a qualified substitute teacher or offer a full makeup session at a time convenient for you.

  • Refunds: Refund requests for unused, prepaid classes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Registration fees or fees for classes already attended are strictly non-refundable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Quran Academy or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Quran Academy makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access to the Website or that our educational services will guarantee specific outcomes, as student progress depends heavily on individual effort and practice.
